Rancho Santa Maria Style Seasoning has its roots in Santa Maria, California where in the mid 1800s local ranchers would host feasts each spring for their Vaqueros (Spanish cowboys). They used a blend of Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic to prepare beef sirloin, tri tip and skewers that eventually would be known as Santa Maria Style BBQ. We've borrowed from their tradition and added some savory herbs resulting in an all-purpose seasoning we always receive compliments on.
Ingredients: Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Thyme and Organic Oregano
