For more than 25 years, Bill Baron’s Specialty Foods has been providing quality seasoning blends using the highest possible standards. Bill has maintained sole ownership and built a team of experts in food preparation and customer service.
Bill Baron’s friends introduced him to natural foods and the benefits of healthy eating. He started visiting natural food stores and enjoyed the people who worked in the stores. The stores would talk about foods they were interested in and Bill would create a seasoning or mix to make it easy for them to prepare. This was at the time when vegetable burgers, falafels and a zillion granolas were the staples of natural food stores.
In 1994 Bill was inspired to create Bill Baron’s Specialty Foods to produce and deliver natural food service products, seasonings, and quality ingredients for kitchens and restaurants. There’s a good chance that you have already enjoyed many of these products at your favorite natural food store or restaurant.
From this inception, came two retail brand labels: Bill Baron’s Savoury Secrets and Bill Baron’s Home & Grill.
When these same friends and fellow food enthusiasts asked Bill to create a retail line, Bill answered their call with Bill Baron’s Savoury Secrets — ingredients that speak to the adventurous type who have a passion for sensational flavor.
After a few years Bill introduced the Home & Grill retail line because he thought it better defined what home cooking was about. These unique blends are perfect for the home chef who prefers the traditional flavors of garden herbs mixed with salt, pepper and garlic.
Much has changed since we started. However, it is still our customers that give us our direction.
We have a facility that produces our unique products; a quality control department to ensure that quality standards are met including allergen testing; and a staff that understands the importance of genuine customer service.
