- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken Breast
- 1 gallon Zip Top Bag
- 1 tbsp Bill Baron’s Savoury Secrets #16 Herb & Garlic Seasoning
What you’ll need
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken Breast (or use skinned, bone-in chicken breast, if you prefer)
1 gallon Zip Top Bag
1 Tbsp. Bill Baron’s Savoury Secrets #16 Herb & Garlic Seasoning
Preparing Herb & Garlic Chicken Breasts
Add 1 Tbsp. Herb & Garlic Seasoning to Zip Top Bag.
Place the chicken breasts in the Zip Lock Bag.
Press air out of bag and seal tightly.
Turn the bag to distribute the seasoning and coat the chicken. Refrigerate 1- 4 hours.
Note : You can add a Tbsp. or less of water to make a paste. This will make coating the
Preparing the Grill and Cooking
Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium heat ( 350 degrees F to 450 degrees F.)
Grill the chicken over direct medium heat, with lid closed, until firm to the touch and opaque all the way to the center. 8-12 minutes, 4-6 minutes each side. Internal temperature 165 degrees F.
Serve chicken warm with Salad………..or any of your favorite side dishes
Herb & Garlic is Versatile
You can use our seasoning to make flavorful, BBQ chicken wings, burgers, pork chops or sprinkled on soups and salads. It’s great on chicken, beef, pork, lamb, seafood, vegetables and rice.
As a Seasoning Rub
Use 1 Tbsp. per 1 lb. meat or burger or lightly sprinkle on vegetables & rice.
As a Marinade
Add 2 Tbsp. with ¼ cup water & ¼ cup vegetable oil per 2 lbs. of meat or seafood.
