Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet brown ½ lb. Sausage (casing removed) over medium – high heat, 4- 6 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink, breaking sausage into crumbles.

Remove from pan and add to stuffing mixture. Transfer to a baking dish. Bake covered, 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Insert a clean thermometer into center of stuffing. When the Thermometer registers 165 degrees F, the stuffing is done.


You can substitute the Mild Italian or Country Breakfast Sausage with Chorizo, Cajun Andouille, or any of your favorite sausages.
