Preparing the Grill and Cooking
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine the butter and Tequila Lime seasoning
in a small bowl. Brush the butter mixture over the corn cobs and wrap each in a piece of
aluminum foil.
Note:For easier handling cut each corn cob in half and add 2 pieces to each aluminum foil sheet.
Place wrapped ears of corn on the grill and cook turning every 10 minutes.
Turn 3 times for a total of 30 minutes. Check for doneness. Corn should be soft.
Unwrap the corn being careful of escaping steam from foil pouch and place on a serving platter.
If you like top off with Grated Cotija Cheese

Tip: You can add some Fresh Cilantro Cotija Cheese and maybe an extra pinch of Tequila Lime Seasoning.
