- 1 lb of your favorite Steak. Sirloin, Flank, Rib Eye, Tenderloin etc.
- 5 tbsp Bill Baron’s Home & Grill Busan Grill Korean BBQ Seasoning
- 1 gallon Zip Top Bag
- ¼ cup of water
Preparing Steak for the Grill
Add Busan Grill and water into Zip Top Bag and mix thoroughly.
Add your favorite steak to marinade. Press air out of bag and seal tightly.
Turn the bag to distribute the seasoning and coat the steak evenly.
Refrigerate and marinate 1-3 hours.
Preparing the Grill and Cooking
Prepare the grill for direct medium – high heat. (350 degrees F. – 450 degrees F.)
After preheating sear steaks with the lid closed for 6 to 8 minutes, turning every
3 to 4 minutes on each side. Move the steaks over indirect medium high heat, close the lid, and continue cooking to your desired doneness. Recommended doneness for beef is 160 degrees F. for medium.
