Ingredients

  • 1 ½lbGround Chuck (80%- 85% Lean Beef)
  • 4Kaiser Rolls or Hamburger Buns, split and toasted
  • 4, 1 oz,slices
  • 4PiecesLettuce, leaf or shredded
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles

Preparation

Toppings such as
Lettuce
Tomato
Avocado
Sprouts
Onion (Red, Yellow, White, Vidalia)
Cheese (Swiss, American, Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Gouda)
Cranberry Sauce
Jalapeno (Seeded and Finely Chopped)
Mayonnaise
Dijon Mustard
Cilantro
Ketchup.
Chili Sauce

Making Burgers
In a bowl, sprinkle seasoning onto ground turkey and gently mix in.
Form 4 burgers of equal size. With your thumb or spoon, make shallow indentation in center of the Burgers. Burgers tend to puff up in the middle as they cook making it awkward to add toppings.
This step helps to avoid this.

Preparing the Grill and Cooking
Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium high heat. (400-500 degrees F.)
Grill burgers over direct medium-high heat with lid closed, until cooked to medium
Doneness (Recommended Doneness 165 degrees F.)
