- 1 lb Boneless Chicken Breasts
- Home and Grill Original Unseasoned Panko Crust & Topping
- Olive or Vegetable Oil
- Cutting Board
- Baking Dish
- Plastic Wrap of Waxed Paper
- Meat Mallet
Lay chicken out on cutting board. Cut Chicken breasts in half. Place chicken between two sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper. Pound to ¼ inch thickness with meat mallet.
Preheat oven to 350-degree F. Lightly oil or use nonstick baking dish. In a bowl, coat chicken cutlet with Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil. In a separate bowl have Home & Grill Original Panko Crust and Topping Crumbs. Dip each chicken cutlet in the Panko Crumbs and coat thoroughly. Arrange the coated chicken cutlets on the baking dish. Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven until chicken is not pink and done. Safe Minimum Cooking Temperature for chicken of 165 degrees F.
