- 1 lb. Sirloin Steak
- 1 Gallon Zip Top Bag
- 1 tbsp Bill Baron’s Home & Grill Busan Grill Korean BBQ Seasoning
- .25 cup Asian Pear Juice, Pineapple Juice, or Water
- 1 Carrot, julienne cut
- 1 Scallion cut into ¼ inch pieces
Preparing Bulgogi Beef
Add Asian pear juice, pineapple juice or water with 5 Tbsp. Busan Grill into Zip Top Bag.
Add 1 lb. sliced sirloin to zip top bag with marinade mix
Press air out of bag and seal tightly.
Turn the bag to distribute the seasoning and coat the beef. Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Preparing the Grill and Cooking
Add meat to grill over medium direct heat.
Safe cooking temperture for beef is 160 Degrees F. for medium done.
Once the meat is cooked through, transfer to a large serving dish and garnish with scallions and carrots
